Born and raised in Indonesia, Endang started her profession as lecturer at Bandung Institute of Technology where she graduated from, and later moved to Prodia Laboratories, at which she held the position as CEO between 2002-2009.
She was appointed as the Director of Prodia Group Holding Company in 2009, which has currently 8 operating business entities in healthcare at which she holds the position as Commissioner, namely: Prodia Clinical Laboratories, Prodia the CRO, Prodia Occupational Health Institute, Prodia Stemcell, Prodia Diagnostic Line Manufacturing, Innodia Distributor, Prodia Distributor and Prodia Digital Indonesia
She is actively engaged in various academic & professional associations’ as well as social activities, including Teaching Ethics for Laboratory Professionals at the Indonesian Health Polythecnic POLTEKKES; Board Member of Indonesian Association for Clinical Chemistry (IACC); Immediate Past-President of Asia-Pacific Federation for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine (APFCB); Board of Director of Asia Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists (AAMLS); Consultant to PR Committee of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC); Chairperson of Indonesian Association for the Study of Medicinals (IASMED); Advisory Board of Persatuan Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Indonesia (PATELKI); Vice-President Indonesian Institute of Corporate Directorship (IICD); among others.
